Classification of fan muffler
Fan muffler is divided into: centrifugal fan muffler, roots fan muffler, blower muffler, axial flow fan muffler. Fan muffler is mainly used to reduce the aerodynamic noise of various fan outlets, air ducts and air inlets of enclosed machine rooms.
According to the structure of the fan inlet and outlet, it is divided into circular structure and rectangular structure.
(1) The round structure is divided into two types: the nozzle of the fan is circular, and it is divided into two types: A and B. Both ends of the type A are flanges, which are directly connected to the pipe (that is, the pipe muffler). Type B One end is a flange, and the other end is directly vented to the atmosphere (can be equipped with a rainproof hood). It is only available at the end of outdoor pipes and the air inlet of the enclosed machine room.
(2) The thickness of the muffler in the circular structure is generally 100 mm, 150 mm, and the muffler volume is 15-30dB (A). At a wind speed of 5-12m / s, the applicable air volume is 1000-50000 m3 / h. In the structure, high-frequency noise and low-frequency noise are used in two types of impedance muffling zones to maximize the muffling frequency band.
