Fan coil should pay attention to dust treatment in daily use
Dezhou Lai Sen Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Fan coils are usually installed directly in air-conditioned rooms. Their service status and service quality will affect indoor noise levels and air quality. Therefore, the daily maintenance of the main components such as air filters, drip pans, coils, fans, etc. must be done to ensure that the fan coils function properly without negative effects.
The coil has the important mission of transferring the cold heat of the hot and cold water to the air passing through the fan coil. In order to ensure efficient heat transfer, the surface of the coil must be kept as smooth as possible. However, since the fan coil is generally equipped with a coarse-effect filter and the perforations are relatively large, when it is first used, it is inevitable that dust passes through the filter and attaches to the surface of the pipe or rib of the coil. If it is not cleaned in time, the amount of heat exchange between the hot and cold water in the coil and the air flowing outside the coil will be reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency of the coil will not be fully exerted. If there is a lot of dust attached, and even part of the air passages between the fins are blocked, the amount of air supplied by the fan coil will also be reduced, which will further reduce the air conditioning performance.
